1. How long does shipping take?
Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
International orders usually arrive within 14–30 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Mink’s Ark proudly ships worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your destination. Shipping is free though mostly.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

4. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?
Tracking details may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after shipment. If it’s been longer, please reach out to our support team for assistance.


Returns & Exchanges

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

6. How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact our support team at support@minksark.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

7. Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@minksark.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations can’t be made.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

10. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

11. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@minksark.com, and we’ll make it right ASAP.

12. Are your products ethically sourced or handmade?
Mink’s Ark carefully curates items from trusted suppliers and artisans, ensuring quality, care, and creativity in every piece.

13. I entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately to update your address. Once shipped, we unfortunately can’t modify delivery details.
